Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 1 business day, with delivery within 3/5 working days.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched or is out for local delivery.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer two tailored delivery methods to ensure your Healthy Hounds treats and boutique fashion reach you quickly:
Local Delivery (Within 5 Miles): For our local community within a 5-mile radius of our shop, we fulfill orders personally.
Charge: £3.50 standard flat rate.
National Shipping (Over 5 Miles): For orders outside our local radius, we use our trusted delivery partner, Royal Mail, to ensure safe and reliable transit across the UK.
Charge: Calculated at checkout based on weight and service selected.
Click & Collect (FREE): Skip the shipping fees! Place your order online and collect it from our High Street store during opening hours.
3. Returns & Quality Control
We take immense pride in the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we are committed to making it fair.
Stage 1: Identify & Inspect. Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect your items immediately. If a product is damaged, broken, or unusable due to a defect, please report it within 48 hours via our Contact Form HERE.
Step 2: Submission of Claim. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:
Your Order Number.
Clear photos of the damage or defect.
A brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution (e.g., replacement or refund).
Step 3: Review & Decision. Once our team has reviewed your submission, we will make a formal decision based on the evidence provided, the delivery date, and the product's history. We aim to respond to all claims within 3–5 business days.
4. Exclusions
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of dog treats or used pet wear unless the item is proven to be defective.
