Stage 1: Identify

When you receive a product, inspect it to make sure it has arrived at a standard you are happy with. If the product is damaged, broken, or not usable due to a defect, please report this via the "contact" form below

Step 2: Submission 

Include as much information as possible (including photos) to help us identify the issue as clearly as possible. Include what specifically is wrong with the product, what you want, and how we can assist.

Step 3: Decision 

Once our team has reviewed all information, we will make a decision based on the facts, delivery date, and any formal complaints previously made about the same product. Please refer to our Returns policy for further information.
